  • Historic Downtown Special Improvement District A public-private partnership through which property owners and business owners have a direct impact on Historic Downtown Jersey City neighborhoods and their development. HDSID works with local businesses, property owners and neighborhood associations in conjunction with the City government to promote the area, improve the services provided and undertake any and all activity to make Historic Downtown Jersey City a better place to live, work and visit.

  • JC Food Coop The Jersey City Food Coop Initiative was started by residents wishing to establish a place where high quality, local and organic food can be acquired at a reasonable price. Through labor and membership, good food will be available for all.

  • Jersey City Landmark Conservancy Since its founding, the Conservancy has held walking and bus tours to educate and inspire residents and visitors about the history of Jersey City. It has advocated at the state and local levels for the preservation of landmarks.
